- Butter
- Flour
- Milk
- Olive oil
- Spanish ham (or whatever you want to add)
- Onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Egg
- Bread crumbs
Preparation
- We chop Spanish ham and onion in small pieces.
- We add a spoonful of butter and another of olive oil in a pan. We add the onion and we wait to sweeten it and the butter to melt on, a low heat.
- Afterwards, the small ham pieces are added and spoken during some minutes.
- We add 3 flour spoonfuls to fry it slightly in order to avoid the flavour of the dough.
- We add four glassful of milk, salt and nutmeg while we stir it. We continue stiring it until the dough until the it sticks to the pan sides.
- We let the dough to cool off. If we leave it in the fridge during one day, the croquettes will be done easier.
- To shape them, you can use a spoon. Dip them in fluor, egg and nutmeg.
- Fry them using very hot oil.
- Ready-to-serve!
