Ingredients:
-120 To 150 gr. iberico ham tacos – 150 gr. onion
-3 Garlic cloves
-30g olive oil
-1 / 2 tablet beef broth
-500 Gr. frozen peas
-75 Gr. water
-pepper
3 eggs
Preparation:
Prepare 1L of water and put to boil with a pinch of salt, as soon as the water starts to boil add the peas and cook with low heat about 6-8 min.
Peel and chop the onion and garlic into small cubes.
Then we put olive oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic and let it cook for a minute, then we incorporate the Iberico ham and fry everything for a couple of minutes. Incorporate the flour, mix well and add the peas. Pour ½ cup of broth and stir, boil the mixture until the sauce thickens and ready to serve.
