100 gr of pata negra ham in chips

Three or four big potatoes

4 eggs

Extra virgin olive oil


Preparation:huevos estrellados
In a pan with hot olive oil toss the potatoes cut into slices not too thin.

Leaving fry over medium heat to make them a little crispy without burning.

When a little crispy put pata negra ham chips on top.

Let the ham tost a little.

Then we take the four eggs and let it cook while you stir a little, just enough that the egg is distributed throughout the dish.

Once there’s not raw part, take it out of pan and serve on a large plate.
