Big Food Matadero Madrid
They try to turn around the gastronomy scene of Madrid, it is being advertised as the first big event in the country that combines gastronomy and design, it is called Big Food and it will be happening at Matadero Madrid the 25-26-27 of September.
With this activity the organization pretend to stir up the cuisine scene in Madrid.
A new and innovative event that join design and gastronomy, the first edition of a series of events that seek out to interact with the public, to convey the relationship between gastronomy and design (product, textile, industrial, graphic, packaging …), the union of two disciplines through small mouthful turned into tapas.
Still, there is not a set schedule or the list of participants. But we do know that there will be Michelin star chefs and young promises, artisans and contemporary producers, classic or avant-garde restaurateurs. And like all well-equipped event, workshops, lectures, live cooking demonstrations, etc. will be made.
A must-attend event for all those who are around the city.
