Ingredients: Ventresca con Cebolla y Tomate
Ventresca (Albacore) Tuna
Onion
Tomato
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar

This dish is a real treat for the palate, even more these days with the arrival of good weather, everybody wants to enjoy a fresh and tasty meal. The Ventresca Tuna with Onion and Tomato is so incredibly easy to prepare and tasty that it will surely amaze you.
Preparation: Cut some tomatoes into slices, put the Bonito Ventresca over the tomatoe slices, then cut some onion into small pieces and place them on the Tuna Ventresca (Albacore), finally dress everything with a pinch of salt, some Olive Oil Extra virgin and Balsamic Vinegar.
