Ingredients

– 1 can of clams from Galician Rias Dardo
– 1 can of razor clams from Galician Rias Dardo
– 1 lettuce
– 1 carrot
– 2 large tomatoes
– Cooked Beets
– 1 green apple
– Onion
– Olive oil
– Juice of 1 lemon
– Sal

Preparation

– In a bowl place the chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, grated carrot, beet slices, diced apple and onion into thin sheets, and threw a pinch of salt.

– Then put the clams «DARDO» drained.
