This shoulder has over 18 months of curing time and Extremadura origin. We debone and cut into thin slices.
Vacuum packed in 100g bags are very comfortable and always keep ready to open and eat.
The sliced pata negra shoulder ham consists of:
15 sliced bags (100g)
1 packet of chips, leftover ham near the bone (200g)
1 bone, 3 or 4 pieces ideal for bone broth.
