Hello! Here I bring you a recipe, for special occasions or celebrations like these days! I encourage you to try it, all your guests will be surprised!
Ingredients for 4 people:
Filo dough (for bags)
4 beef tenderloin medallions
1 tray of sliced mushrooms
100 gr of Iberian ham
3 tablespoons of sugar and a splash of wine vinegar (to caramelize)
First put salt on the beef medallions and put them on the grill with a little olive oil, we got there until golden and set aside. In a skillet with olive oil to saute the mushrooms we cut with Iberian ham, also booked.
Now we go for the caramelized onions in a frying pan to fry the julienned onion with olive oil and a pinch of salt, when we see good poached add sugar and stir, when it begins to caramelize add a splash of vinegar wine and let reduce over medium heat, remove and reserve.
Now let’s go for the bags, we extend a sheet of filo pastry in the middle of the plate place the tenderloin medallion on it mushrooms sauteed with ham and base above the caramelized onions, close the bag by wrapping the four tips of the sheet, do the same process with the other bags, placing one bag sirloin medallion.
Now we put them on a baking tray and we walk for about 180 degrees, 10 minutes until golden brown, to accompany the dish I suggest some baked potatoes and as optional you can add a sauce, the one you like, I at this if I chose one of my favorites: raspberry sauce, to give it a more “wild” to the plate.
