Recipe: Cream of pumpkin soup with ham chips and toasted bread

Ingredients per person:

200g pumpkin
30g of pata negra ham
1 garlic

1/4 onion
1/2 leek
Cream 20ml
1/2 carrot
1/2 red tomato
1/2 potato
Salt
Black pepper
Butter

preparation:

Pour the butter in a pan and let it melt.

Cut the leek and onion into small pieces and add to the pan.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes and toss well.

Cook until onion is transparent. About ten minutes.

Add the diced carrot and garlic slices.

Then strain the salt, tomato and diced pumpkin and chicken broth. You have to let it cook for 30 minutes until the potato is well cooked.

Add the cream, pepper and beat everything until is ready.

Serve on white plate with ham chips in the midle and pepper sprinkled around.
