Kudu Biltong is a new delicatessen for meat lovers, this food appeared in South Africa in the seventeenth century when the Dutch arrived with their own recipes for preparing dried meat.
The word biltong means “strip of flesh”, it is made from the buttock of the cow, using the best premium cuts. Over the years it has become a matter of national pride in South Africa where it is consumed on a daily basis.
